BUSCUITEERS



Biscuiteers aim to solve the unemployment issue among women in Baling. They conduct workshops on "cookies and cake" making and encourage the women to set-up a bakery business.

• Lack of sustainable income among rural people especially women in Baling, Kedah.

• Limited knowledge and exposure to new trendy baking recipes.

SOCIAL SOLUTIONS

• Share knowledge and skills through a workshop on "Cookies and Cake" making to the group of women of Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) in Baling.
• Share the awareness on the business opportunity of selling these cookies and desserts for Raya' business with the participants.

SOCIAL IMPACTS

• An increase in their skills and knowledge of baking technique
• An increase in their household income through "Cookies and desserts" making business.
